Show skeleton overlay
Display the MediaPipe pose detection skeleton on the camera feed. Disable for a cleaner view, detection continues to work in the background.
Auto-learn good posture
Automatically save your current position as a good sample when you correct your posture after an alert.
Auto-retrain after learning
Retrain the posture model immediately after adding a new sample. Disable for better performance, the model will retrain on next manual calibration.
Background Detection Speed
When Goome is minimized or unfocused, detection runs at a lower frame rate to save CPU. During active posture alerts, full speed is used automatically.
